Zhejiang Jinfeng Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in 1986, is a key backbone enterprise in China's textile combing equipment industry, integrating "research and development, design, manufacturing, and sales services."

It is a standing director unit of the China Textile Machinery Association, a member of the National Textile Machinery and Accessories Standardization Technical Committee, and one of the main drafting units for seven textile equipment industry standards.

Features:
1、The front needle bar structure plays an opening role. Because the needles bar are smooth and sharp, the puncture ability is strong and the fiber is not damaged.
2、The tooth distance and working angle are both progressive structures, with reasonable transition to reduce nep formation. The sharp teeth can improve the combing quality.
3、The carding distance can be adjusted conveniently to meet different carding distance requirements.
4、The hoisting structure makes it easy to replace the toothed bar assembly.

Features:
1、Lightweight with high strength, suitable for high-speed, high-output and efficient combing machines.
2、Not prone to deformation, with low rotational inertia and small transmission load, resulting in a long service life.
3、Good corrosion resistance, the nipper lips are not easily deformed, and have strong holding power.
